I have spent the majority of my Sunday, today, in my bedroom listening to my music — in particular my CD series Songs 4 Life — and trying to calm my heart, mind, and soul. While listening to my music (I’m currently on my 3rd album, 6th CD — each album has 2 CDs) I’ve been catching up on my 30-day devotional, the rest of my usual Sunday routine (which I won’t get into because it’s kind of personal), updating C & S Production’s website, purchasing some necessary items from eBay for myself and others, and pondering what to put on my birthday list this year (it seems I can’t get away with saying, “I don’t need/want anything!” because Mom doesn’t believe me ).
Later this week, I’m heading to the DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) or driver’s license bureau. I didn’t remember that my license expires this year on my birthday, so I’m going to spend part of my day there whenever I go (but at least now they have digital/electronic check-in). Mom, Steven, and I are thinking I will be going on Tuesday after my dentist appointment. Fun day! 😐
Oh well, as of right now, nothing seems to be bothering me too much. I managed to convince Mom to try a new dinner idea (we had frozen Mediterranean veggies, kidney beans, and grilled chicken mixed with olive oil; then we later added some Greek seasoning and I added some margarine). That was awesome! Now time to find some additional foods to try for this coming week. 🙂 I think we’re finally getting on the right track with this health food kick…I hope! 😉
Not much else to report for the moment, but we’ll see how the rest of this week (which will be a busy week at work) pans out and how I manage to get a list together for my birthday.
Love and prayers, as always! ❤
