Migraines are Such a Pain

I really had intended to write last night, but things got carried away much faster than I planned. I first started getting a headache, had to talk to a relative about something on the phone, and then my headache morphed into a huge migraine that left me sick to my stomach and crippled in bed with my teddy bear all night (only woke up to the weather radio blaring twice). I got about 10 hours of sleep and I’m still tired.

Migraines are such a pain! I had to call in to work today, too. I was planning to start earning my money back from all my purchases I made last week, but my migraine was still bothering me this morning. I even got sick again. I didn’t get as much done as I’d have liked, but I did get more done than if I had gone to work today. I took photos of a bunch of things to list on eBay today and am happy to say all but one is listed and I’m working on that simultaneously as I’m typing this entry.

Tomorrow was already a day off, so maybe I can get more done (that is unless another migraine hits me tonight). I’m really proud of myself for staying on task for the most part today. Sure I’ve deviated a bit here and there, but overall I’ve stayed on target task. 😉

So tonight, maybe, a guy will be coming by to look at something I posted on Craigslist and he’ll pay me for it (at full price I hope). The only drawback I have is this thing makes a lot of noise and I don’t need another headache like last night.

Anyway, better finish up this listing on eBay and then get to purchasing some new windshield wipers for my car. I’ve waited too long (isn’t that the story of my life 😕 ) and now one of them is literally falling apart.

I’ll talk again tomorrow if I remember/feel like it.

Love and prayers!

About Christy

I enjoy: my family, my faith life, photography, drawing; writing, working on cars, basketball, football, and baseball. These are just a few of the many things I like...you'll just have to read my blog to know me better to know more of them. Other things you may not catch on that I enjoy are: cats, angels, ballroom dancing, Christian music, camping (being one with nature and all of God's creations), traveling, cherry and apple blossoms, and the colors blue (in all shades), white, black, dark purple, and SOME shades of pink. (Rainbows are cool, too. And I'm NOT a lesbian! Although, I'm friends with some gays and lesbians as well as a few transgenders.) I am Roman Catholic. I graduated from Johnson County Community College, where I majored in Animation in hopes of fulfilling my dreams of being a computer generated animation movie maker. I also have a degree in Corporate Communication from Avila University. I'm currently employed at Nestle Toll House/Haagen-Dazs (at Oak Park Mall in Overland Park), I own my own business -- C & S Productions, L.L.C. (check it out at http://www.csproductionsllc.com), and am single. My favorite time of year is Winter and the Christmas season! It's just so...well, I can't put it into words. ^_^ Lastly, I am 36 years young!
