When Fridays Become Mondays and Tuesdays Become Fridays

My Fridays are now my Mondays and my Tuesdays are now Fridays. Also paydays now are Thursdays and every other Mondays, which are really Sundays and every other Thursdays (respectively). 😯 Confused yet?! 😉

Okay, I’ll do my best to explain this. Today is Friday in most everyone’s world, but to me it is the first of a 5-day work week which will end on Tuesday next week making next Tuesday my Friday (last day of a work week). I also get paid now on Thursdays, which have now become my Sundays, but this is only for Yankee Candle. I still am paid every other Mondays for Haagen-Dazs/Nestle, but Mondays are now my Thursdays. This also means I will probably be going to Mass Sundays which are now Wednesdays.

Does everything make sense now? Or are you still confused? Trust me, if you’re confused now just think how this makes me feel. I’m going to be so lost for next few weeks until I finally get the hang of things. Also, for this coming week only, I’m really going to be confused because my birthday falls on Friday, but Friday is really my Monday and yet I have off so does that make it my Saturday or Sunday? Or do I just have a 3-day weekend? 😕

Gah! I’m so confused! (Are you?!) 😛 Ah, the joys of working retail! 😉

Love and Prayers (as I sort this mess out)!

About Christy

I enjoy: my family, my faith life, photography, drawing; writing, working on cars, basketball, football, and baseball. These are just a few of the many things I like...you'll just have to read my blog to know me better to know more of them. Other things you may not catch on that I enjoy are: cats, angels, ballroom dancing, Christian music, camping (being one with nature and all of God's creations), traveling, cherry and apple blossoms, and the colors blue (in all shades), white, black, dark purple, and SOME shades of pink. (Rainbows are cool, too. And I'm NOT a lesbian! Although, I'm friends with some gays and lesbians as well as a few transgenders.) I am Roman Catholic. I graduated from Johnson County Community College, where I majored in Animation in hopes of fulfilling my dreams of being a computer generated animation movie maker. I also have a degree in Corporate Communication from Avila University. I'm currently employed at Nestle Toll House/Haagen-Dazs (at Oak Park Mall in Overland Park), I own my own business -- C & S Productions, L.L.C. (check it out at http://www.csproductionsllc.com), and am single. My favorite time of year is Winter and the Christmas season! It's just so...well, I can't put it into words. ^_^ Lastly, I am 35 years young!
